Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and although we are confident that you will be happy with your Pearl Grace order we appreciate that this may not always be the case.
In such circumstances we will endeavor to make right any issues you may have concerning your order and to do so with immediate effect at the point of notification.
We will always be willing to exchange a product if it arrives, damaged or faulty, with a similar product or with an item of your choosing with the same monetary value of, where possible.
We will provide a full refund, excluding postage for any item returned within 14 days of purchase. We will only refund the postage when an item is damaged or faulty.
We cannot accept return orders after 14 days and you will be expected to arrange collection of the items in such an instance.
Please contact us immediately if an item reaches you damaged or faulty via email to email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
Please refrain from returning the item before discussing your options with us, as we may not be able to issue a refund on the postage.
We request you ensure that all returned goods are securely packed with a note detailing the order number and your name. A refund will be issued immediately.
We are unable to accept returns on goods that have been used and/or have not been returned in its original packaging and packaged as originally despatched. In situations where this is not the case you will be expected to arrange collection from us.
